Ben came the same day and found the problem. We have since had a new boiler system and radiators fitted by Ben and the team and they are all lovely. Nothing was ever a hassel for them and they were all prompt, well mannered, clean and tidy and communicated what was happening as they did the job over the last 2 weeks. His existing bathroom was unsafe for him. Shears took the time to listen to our concerns and plan his bathroom according to his needs.
