Ben came the same day and found the problem. We have since had a new boiler system and radiators fitted by Ben and the team and they are all lovely. Nothing was ever a hassel for them and they were all prompt, well mannered, clean and tidy and communicated what was happening as they did the job over the last 2 weeks. The system in the house proved to be a real challenge (understatement!) but Ben and his team did a great job, over several visits, to make sure the clearing was successful.
