We had a major issue with our heating system.  Danielle who answered the phone call was so calm and lovely , she is so helpful.  Ben came the same day and found the problem. We have since had a new boiler system and radiators fitted by Ben and the team and they are all lovely. We have also taken out the plumbing and heating cover. Ben & his team did a whole bathroom replacement for us, removing the bath & replacing it with a walk in shower. Extremely happy with the way it has turned out. We would just like to say thank you to Danielle for great communication over this project and to all the lads involved in our bathroom refeb. Nothing was ever a hassel for them and they were all prompt, well mannered, clean and tidy and communicated what was happening as they did the job over the last 2 weeks. We recently had a selection of new radiators added around the house along with some radiator pipe work clearing. The system in the house proved to be a real challenge (understatement!) but Ben and his team did a great job, over several visits, to make sure the clearing was successful. My dad needed a new bathroom/shower room quickly due to deteriorating health and mobility. His existing bathroom was unsafe for him. Shears took the time to listen to our concerns and plan his bathroom according to his needs. They removed his old bathroom on the Monday, made the shower usable by Tuesday and had completed the job by Friday.
